Construction Supervision (CS) | Saudi Arabia Build the Future with JASARA Jasara is continuously seeking talented professionals to join our growing network of experts for current and future Construction Supervision (CS) opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a key delivery partner supporting some of the Kingdom's most ambitious development programs, Jasara supervises major projects across sectors including mixed-use developments, residential communities, commercial facilities, hospitality, healthcare, education, infrastructure, and public realm developments. We are currently building a talent pool of qualified professionals for anticipated project requirements across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia. Jasara is currently engaged in an upcoming framework agreement for construction supervision in several regions across KSA (EOI)
Construction Manager Lead construction supervision activities on a major project. The role oversees site execution, coordinates the supervision team, manages contractor performance, and ensures construction works are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate the construction supervision team. • Oversee Contractor activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and requirements. • Monitor construction progress, quality, HSE, resources, and project milestones. • Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, Consultant, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues. • Review construction methodologies, technical submittals, and RFIs. • Identify construction risks, delays, and interface issues and support mitigation measures. • Lead construction coordination and progress meetings. • Monitor and report on Contractor performance and overall site progress. • Support inspection, testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities

Requirements Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field . • 12+ years of experience , preferably within major infrastructure or large-scale development projects. • Minium 5 years previous experience in Construction Manager or similar senior construction supervision role . • Experience working with a consultants/contractors and managing contractors. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project specifications, QA/QC, and HSE requirements. • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction activities. • Good knowledge of project schedules, progress monitoring, and construction reporting. • Familiarity with FIDIC or similar construction contracts is preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Certifications • Professional engineering accreditation/registration is preferred (PMP, RMP, PMI-SP Etc.).
