Role overview
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist to join a leading healthcare organization in the UAE. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Providing consultant-level diagnosis and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders in children . • Managing conditions including pediatric diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth and puberty disorders, obesity, adrenal disorders, and metabolic conditions . • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. • Providing long-term follow-up and monitoring of patients. • Working closely with pediatricians, dietitians, nurses, geneticists, and other multidisciplinary specialists. • Providing education and counselling to children and their families. • Participating in clinical quality improvement, teaching, and service development.
Requirements Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics . Fellowship/subspecialty qualification in Pediatric Endocrinology preferred. Strong consultant-level experience in Pediatric Endocrinology. Proven experience managing complex pediatric endocrine and metabolic conditions. Western qualifications such as UK CCT/CCST, Irish, American Board, or Canadian Board are preferred. Must meet the requirements for Consultant-level DHA licensing in Dubai. Excellent clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
