ABOUT THE ROLE A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its urological services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Urologist to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, specialists, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and surgical infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assess, diagnose and manage patients with a broad range of urological conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings. • Perform urological procedures and surgical interventions according to clinical privileges, expertise and facility scope. • Manage conditions involving the urinary tract, kidneys, bladder, prostate and male reproductive system. • Conduct appropriate pre-operative assessment, obtain informed consent and provide comprehensive perioperative and follow-up care. • Perform and interpret relevant urological investigations and collaborate with radiology, oncology, nephrology and other specialties when required. • Manage acute urological presentations and post-operative complications appropriately. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control and clinical governance standards. • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements Applications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant Urologists holding recognised qualifications such as: • American Board of Urology • UK CCT / FRCS Urology • European Board of Urology • Royal College Certification (Canada) • Australian FRACS or equivalent recognised urology qualification • Arab Board • MCh / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification in Urology Applications are welcome from candidates across USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, Middle East, Africa and South America, subject to eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing.
