As Contracts Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the commercial and contractual integrity of major infrastructure delivery. This position is suited to a commercially astute professional who can work across multiple stakeholders, provide clear contractual guidance, and help protect project outcomes through disciplined contract management and sound commercial judgment. Responsibilities • Manage contract administration across large-scale social infrastructure projects. • Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor and subcontractor agreements. • Monitor contract compliance, risks, and change order documentation. • Coordinate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contractual matters. • Support claims management and resolve commercial issues throughout project delivery.
Requirements Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline. • Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or contract administration within major infrastructure or construction projects. • Demonstrated experience managing large and complex contract portfolios and leading multidisciplinary commercial and contract management teams. • Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts. • Experience working on roads, highways, transportation, or major infrastructure programmes. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within large-scale client organisations, government entities, or giga-project environments. • Postgraduate qualification in Commercial Management, Construction Law, or Business Administration. • Professional membership with RICS, CIArb, ICE, CICES, or an equivalent professional body.
