The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE real estate development finance, with extensive hands-on experience in treasury management, fundraising, banking relationships, financial structuring, and cross-border financial regulations. This is a senior finance position requiring a candidate who can independently manage the company’s financial operations while working closely with management, banks, investors, lenders, and other financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities • Manage the company’s overall financial operations, cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities. • Develop and implement effective treasury and cash management strategies for real estate development projects. • Manage relationships with UAE banks, financial institutions, lenders, and investment partners. • Lead and support fundraising, debt financing, project financing, and other capital-raising initiatives. • Structure financing solutions for real estate development projects and assess funding requirements. • Prepare financial models, feasibility analyses, cash-flow forecasts, funding proposals, and investment-related financial reports. • Coordinate with banks regarding credit facilities, project financing, guarantees, LCs, overdrafts, and other banking arrangements. • Monitor debt obligations, repayment schedules, interest costs, and financing covenants. • Ensure compliance with applicable UAE financial, corporate, tax, banking, and regulatory requirements. • Manage and assess cross-border financial transactions and applicable laws/regulations across different jurisdictions. • Work closely with legal, investment, development, and senior management teams on financial structuring and transactions. • Monitor project-level financial performance, budgets, cash requirements, and funding requirements. • Provide strategic financial advice to management regarding investments, financing, liquidity, and risk. • Establish strong internal controls and financial reporting procedures. • Support due diligence processes with banks, investors, lenders, and external advisors.
Requirements • 5+ years of relevant finance experience within UAE real estate development is mandatory. • Candidates must have substantial hands-on experience with real estate development companies, not solely real estate brokerage. • Extensive practical experience in treasury management and cash-flow management. • Proven experience in fundraising, debt financing, project financing, or capital raising. • Strong existing banking relationships within the UAE. • Experience dealing directly with UAE banks and financial institutions. • Strong knowledge of real estate development finance and project funding structures. • Strong understanding of cross-border financial transactions and applicable laws/regulations across different countries. • Excellent financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis skills. • Strong knowledge of UAE financial, banking, corporate, and tax-related regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Benefits • Competitive salary package based on experience and expertise. • Opportunity to work directly with senior management on real estate development, financing, and investment projects. • Exposure to UAE and international financing, fundraising, and banking transactions. • Opportunity to build and leverage relationships with leading UAE banks and financial institutions. • Professional and dynamic working environment. • Long-term career growth within a growing real estate development organization. • UAE employment visa and medical insurance, subject to company policy.
