Job Details Country: UAE City: Dubai Industry: Retail Function: Distribution/Transportation/Traffic/Logistics Salary: 9000-13000 monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee a fleet of 200 commercial vehicles operating across all Emirates. * Plan and optimize vehicle scheduling and allocation to meet operational and distribution needs. * Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate breakdown repairs efficiently. * Ensure vehicles comply with UAE RTA regulations, licensing, insurance, and registration requirements. * Manage distribution permits for food, non-food, and medical product transportation. * Monitor vehicle tracking systems and fuel usage to optimize operational efficiency and cost control. * Coordinate with workshops for inspections, repairs, and technical maintenance. * Maintain accurate fleet reports using MS Excel and operational tracking systems. * Ensure compliance with road safety standards and internal company policies. Ideal Profile * Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet services or fleet operations within UAE. * Valid UAE driving license. * Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and transport regulations. * Experience managing vehicle maintenance schedules and fleet documentation. * Ability to handle multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
