IT support Officer
Role overview
• Provide daily technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, projectors, and smart boards. • Support school networks, email, Microsoft 365, and educational systems. • Maintain IT equipment, software, and asset records. • Assist with classroom technology, exams, and school events. • Ensure basic cybersecurity, data protection, and regular system updates. • Manage and follow up on IT support requests and incidents. • Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. • 1–3 years of IT support experience; school experience is preferred. • Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and basic networking. • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills. • Ability to work under pressure and support users professionally.
