Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose a wide range of orthopaedic conditions. • Develop personalized treatment plans including surgical and non-surgical interventions. • Perform orthopaedic surgeries such as fracture fixation, arthroscopy, joint replacement, and trauma management. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Manage preoperative and postoperative care, including rehabilitation planning. • Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and preventive care. • Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical guidelines and regulations. • Stay updated with advancements in orthopaedic surgery and related fields.
Requirements • Medical degree from a recognized institution. • Postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedic Surgery. • Valid medical license to practice in the UAE. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in orthopaedic surgery. • Proficiency in a broad range of orthopaedic surgical techniques. • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Commitment to continuous professional development.
